The Fitzgerald is a twenty-four unit luxury condominium project located adjacent to The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa. Scope or work completed by Ages Past Builders & Interiors includes installation of doors, casing, crown molding, base trim and coffered ceilings in all twenty-four units.

 

Completion of an 18th Century inspired drawing room within a private residence located on the Grove Park golf course.

The 2008 Southern Living Idea home is an eco friendly, LEED-certified home located on Whisper Mountain. Scope of work completed by Ages Past Builders & Interiors includes a custom staircase, railing and TV cabinet.

The Pisgah House is a multipurpose facility that will serve as the residence for the current and future UNC Asheville Chancellors, as well as a location for University-hosted meeting receptions, dinner, programs and performances. Ages Past Builders & Interiors completed interior trim including custom coffered ceilings.

Ages Past Builder’s & Interiors completely renovated and redesigned this private Montford residence. In the kitchen, the renovation included moving existing walls, adding a French door and installing custom cabinetry with marble countertops. The bathrooms have been renovated and a guest suite was added. Some of the finishing touches include custom-built radiator covers as well as custom crown molding throughout.
