Our Sustainable Building Practices include:

• The use of lumber for framing or millwork that comes from local and or FSC certified forests.
• The mitigation of pressure treated lumber from the scope of work as much as possible.
• The harvesting, milling and installation of unique lumber for some features of the finish work from the construction site.
• The usage of low or 0% VOC paint and finishes.
  
• The mitigation of products that contain formaldehyde from the scope of work as much as possible.
• The usage of only “natural wood”, pebbledash/stucco or stone/brick siding on the exterior.
• Working with local and national certification programs and advisors to create a well insulated and energy efficient home or addition.
